Most products from South Central PA Supply are made, engraved, or personalized to order.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for most orders to be prepared before shipping. Larger, highly customized, or special-order items may require additional time. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been completed and shipped and do not include our processing time.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
